941.68 ping originally and 1,435.2 ping after expansion.
Expansion of joint construction(additional 4 lands located at Land No.111,
Lot Huancui,Banqiao Dist.,New Taipei City) and acquisition of lands purchased
by developer,slip ratio:
39.57% to landlord,60.43% to developer
The ratio is considered with the factors of building bulk.
Estimated construction costs:about NTD 1,804.71million.
