Ropharma SA is a Romania-based company engaged in the pharmaceutical industry. The Company is active in the wholesale and retail of drugs. As of December 31, 2011, Ropharma SA had six subsidiaries: Romanita-Farm Srl, Ropharma Production Srl, Aesculap Prod Srl, Ergo Farm Srl, Drops Farm Srl and Europharm Trading 7 SA.
