S-Power Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire S-Finance Co Ltd from S-Energy Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A095910) and others in stock on November 28, 2014. S-Power Co., Ltd. will issue 1.838494 shares for each share of S-Finance Co Ltd. A total of 1.838494 shares of S-Power Co., Ltd. will be issued for the merger. Following the completion of the deal, S-Finance Co Ltd will be merged and S-Power Co., Ltd. will survive.
The deal is expected to complete by December 31, 2014.
