S H Kelkar and Company Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was INR 4,935 million compared to INR 3,833 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 4,982 million compared to INR 3,864 million a year ago. Net income was INR 322 million compared to INR 130 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.4 compared to INR 1 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was INR 13,906 million compared to INR 12,071 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 14,014 million compared to INR 12,246 million a year ago. Net income was INR 887 million compared to INR 589 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 6.5 compared to INR 4.4 a year ago.

The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, supplying and exporting of fragrances, flavours and aroma ingredients. The Company's segments include Fragrance and Flavours. Flavours segment includes flavour products that are used as raw material by producers of baked goods, dairy products, beverages and pharmaceutical products. It provides a range of research and testing services in the areas of biotechnology and microbiology research, cosmetic research, cosmetic biotechnology and custom synthesis.
