S Line Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9078) entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire Create Co., Ltd. on August 30, 2022. Upon completion, Create Co. will become a consolidated subsidiary of S Line Co. The Create Co. had net of ¥144 million, total assets of ¥600 million, sales of ¥1318 million, operating income of ¥74 million and net income of ¥16 million, for the fiscal year ending February 2022. The current Representative Director Kazunori Watanabe will be appointed as a Director. The transaction is expected to close on September 30, 2022. The transaction will result in further expansion of S Line's business. The impact of this share acquisition on S Line's consolidated results for the current fiscal year is under investigation and will be promptly announced as soon as it becomes clear.
