In accordance with the provisions of Art. 234 para. 1, letter i) of Financial Supervisory Authority Regulation no. 5/2018, SNTGN Transgaz SA reports a legal arrangement the value of which exceeds 10% of the net turnover for the financial year 2021

The contract scope is the loan amounting to LEI 300 mil. for the funding of the working capital needs related to Transgaz' balancing activity.
