Appointed to the position of the acting general director of the Center for the Operation of the Ground Space Infrastructure (TsENKI) is Ranokhon Juraeva May 13, 2015

The head of Roscosmos Igor Komarov introduced to the staff of the Center for the Operation of the Ground Space Infrastructure (TsENKI) the new acting general director Ranokhon Juraeva, reports Roscosmos press service.

"Managerial knowledge and experience Ranokhon Juraeva gained in related areas of activity will help TsENKI to successfully develop the ground infrastructure of the launch sites, including Vostochny", - said I. Komarov, whose words are quoted in the press release.

The earlier acting general director of TsENKI Sergei Smirnov continued to work as the first deputy general director.

Ranokhon Frunzevna Juraeva graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute (control systems of flying machines) specializing as electromechanical engineer; then took a post graduate course (control in complex engineering systems) and became a candidate of engineering sciences. She continued her education at the All-Russia Academy of Foreign Trade specializing as an international economist and at Harvard Business School specializing in management strategy and financial management.
