Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc. announced that Lukas Hartwich and Eliza Gozar have joined Sabra. Mr. Hartwich joins Sabra as Senior Vice President ? Finance. In this role, Mr. Hartwich will work directly with Michael Costa, Sabra?s Executive Vice President ? Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, in overseeing Sabra?s investor relations, capital markets and financial planning and analysis functions. Mr. Hartwich comes to Sabra after 15 years at Green Street, most recently as a Managing Director, where he served as the head of research coverage for the health care and lodging sectors. Ms. Gozar joins Sabra as Senior Vice President ? Investments. In this role, Ms. Gozar will work directly with Darrin Smith, Sabra?s Executive Vice President ? Investments, in managing investments and business development. Ms. Gozar comes to Sabra with over 24 years of professional experience including 16 years of dedicated health care REIT experience, most recently at American Healthcare Investors, where she served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions since 2015.
