Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. Appoints Eric Salzman as Chief Restructuring Officer

On March 30, 2020, the Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. entered into an employment agreement with Eric Salzman. The Salzman Agreement provides for the terms and conditions of Mr. Salzman's employment with the Company and his appointment, effective as of April 1, 2020, as the Company's Chief Restructuring Officer. Mr. Salzman, had been providing consulting services to the Company since November 21, 2019. Mr. Salzman has over 25 years of experience in M&A, restructuring and special situations investing at several firms including Credit Suisse Asset Management and Lehman Brothers. Most recently, Mr. Salzman has been the Managing Member of SarniHaan Capital Partners LLC.
Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. is a provider of capital and relevant expertise to technology-driven businesses.
