(NasdaqGM:SGA) entered into an agreement to purchase the assets of WKOA (FM), WKHY (FM), WASK (FM), WXXB (FM), WASK (AM), W269DJ from Neuhoff Family Limited Partnership for $5.3 million on February 06, 2024. This acquisition is expected to close during the second quarter of 2024.
