Tianjin Jingcheng Tuofei Technology Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire 51% stake in Xiamen Saimo Jesoo Technology Co., Ltd. from Saimo Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300466) for CNY 22 million on December 5, 2022. The 11th session of the company's 4th directorate and the company's 1st special shareholders' meeting for 2022 approved the proposal on the transfer by public listing of 51% stake in wholly-owned subsidiary Xiamen Saimo Jesoo Technology Co., Ltd.>, approved to transfer 51% of the equity of Xiamen Jesoo, a wholly-owned subsidiary, through public listing through a legally established property rights trading institution.

Saimo Technology Co Ltd, formerly Saimo Electric Co Ltd, is principally engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of measurement and inspection equipment for coal and other mineral materials. Its major measurement equipment is belt weigher, including electronic belt weighers, weighing type coal feeders and weighing feeders. The inspection equipment mainly comprises of mechanical automated inspection device. The Company's products are used in electricity, steel, chemicals, cement materials, ports and other industries.
