end of the first secured and second unsecured convertible domestic corporate
bonds. The chairman shall be authorized to calculate the adjustment of
the actual number of outstanding shares on the basis record date of
the ex-rights and ex-dividend related to the dividend payout ratio.
The adjustment will be announced.
