Educational Media Foundation entered into an agreement to acquire WBOZ, WFFH and WFFI from Salem Media Group, Inc. (OTCPK:SALM) for $7 million on March 21, 2024. The transaction is expected to close in late May or early June. The transaction is subjective to FCC approval.
