Samchai Steel Industries Public Company Limited at its board meeting held on July 7, 2017, approved the appointment of Mr. Voravit Chotikasophon as Audit Committee and Independent Director as a replacement for Mr. Chatchawan Siriwutiset who passed away on May 3, 2017. The appointment is effective July 7, 2017.
