Samebest Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 305.739 million compared to TWD 327.269 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 9.694 million compared to operating Income of TWD 28.193 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 10.036 million compared to net income of TWD 3.269 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.28 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.09 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was TWD 652.146 million compared to TWD 665.905 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 29.507 million compared to TWD 65.517 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 2.110 million compared to TWD 6.901 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.06 compared to TWD 0.19 a year ago.

The Digital Learning Content products segment mainly researches, produces and sells the K-12 digital learning products for kindergarten, primary school, middle school and high school, products include Yixueyuan, Shengxuewang, Xiaoxuewang and other series of products; the Brand Agency and Authorization segment mainly involves in the agent of cartoon images and other brands, and authorizes to other manufacturers to manufacture goods or hold activities, among others.
