SameSystem hires new CFO

SameSystem A/S has today hired Thomas Sølvsten as new CFO.

Thomas has the last five years worked as Finance Director and Finance Manager at Husqvarna Group, and before that, as Nordic Head of Business Reporting & Controlling at Eniro for five years. Thomas has a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from School of Business and Social Sciences, Aarhus University.

"We are happy to welcome Thomas as our new CFO. Thomas has experience from companies which has been through major transformations and, latest, from a larger international Group. Thomas will help us build up strong financial control and governance and will support management in further international growth", says Carsten Fensholt, Chairman of the Board at SameSystem.

Thomas will join SameSystem no later than the 1^st of February 2023. Former CFO Robert Kaminski will continue as a part-time external consultant until Thomas joins SameSystem.
