On 20 December 2021, Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") announced a mandatory public offer to the shareholders of Amasten Fastighets AB (publ) ("Amasten" and the "Offer", respectively). The initial acceptance period for the Offer commenced on 21 December 2021 and expired on 18 January 2022. On 19 January 2022, SBB announced that the acceptance period was extended. The extended acceptance period expired on 4 February 2022. Today, SBB declares that the Offer has been accepted to such an extent that SBB following the Offer controls in total 734,869,785 ordinary shares of class A and 740,392 preference shares of class B in Amasten. This corresponds to 97.8 percent of the share capital and the votes of Amasten.

Payment of consideration to shareholders of ordinary shares of class A and preference shares of class B in Amasten having accepted the Offer within the extended acceptance period is expected to commence around 10 February 2022.

SBB has initiated a compulsory acquisition procedure under the Swedish Companies Act to acquire all shares not tendered in the Offer. In addition, Amasten has, on request of SBB, applied for de-listing of Amasten's shares from Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. The last day of trading in Amasten's shares was on 4 February 2022.
