SAMT Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A031330) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,000,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to stabilize the stock prices and improve the shareholders' value. The program will expire on June 17, 2020. As of March 16, 2020, the company had 1,000,000 shares in treasury within the scope available for dividend and no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
