The Real Estate Sales segment is engaged in the acquisition, operation and sale of profitable real estate. The Rental Income segment purchases, rents and manages business and residential properties in major cities nationwide in addition to the Tokyo metropolitan area. It is also engaged in the design, construction, rental and management of rental properties.
