Interest rate: To be determined (fixed interest rate). Scheduled borrowing: March 12, 2024. Borrowing method: Conclusion of individual loan agreement on March 8, 2024 (scheduled) with the lenders shown above.

Maturity date: September 12, 2028 . Repayment method: Lump-sum repayment at maturity. Interest payment due The first interest payment due date shall be June 12, 2024, followed by the date 12th of every September, December, March and June thereafter, and the maturity date.
