Sanko Gosei Ltd. (JASDAQ:7888) agreed to acquire 33% stake in Sekisui Machinery Co. Ltd. (OSE:6487) from ARRK Corporation (TSE:7873) for ¥336 million in cash on August 9, 2012. On completion of the acquisition, ARRK Corporation shall hold 26.05% stake or 2.42 million shares in Sekisui Machinery Co.
Ltd. The deal has been resolved by the Board of ARRK Corporation on August 9, 2012. The share transfer plan is expected to be executed by August 20, 2012.
