Sanne : Industry experts join Sanne’s UK Loan Agency Team

Sanne, the award-winning and leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate services has appointed two industry experts to join its UK Loan Agency team, Daniel Hayes as Director, Loan Agency, and George Bollas as Senior Manager.

Both based in Sanne's London office, Daniel and George have extensive experience working within the Loan Agency industry and will add significant capability to Sanne's team of product specialists.

Daniel joins Sanne from GLAS, where he held the position of Head of Loan Closing. He has over 14 years' experience in the Debt industry and is a specialist in restructuring, transaction management, coordinating settlement of both syndicated and direct lending private debt transactions in capacity as both Facility Agent and Security Agent. In his new role as Director, Daniel will be responsible for leading the UK Loan Agency team and ensuring the consistent high standard service delivery continues.

George will support the team as Senior Manager, and be responsible for managing a portfolio of Agency deals. He joins from Wilmington Trust, where he acted as a Senior Relationship Manager and was responsible for managing interactions with borrowers, lenders and sponsors. George has extensive experience in servicing portfolios of agency loans and transaction management for closing new deals or amending existing deals.
