Warren Batt Not to Stand for Re-Election as Director of Santana Minerals Limited

Santana Minerals Limited announced that Mr. Warren Batt has notified the Company that he will not be standing for re-election as a Director of the Company at the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 November 2023. Mr. Batt will therefore retire as a Director of the Company and its subsidiaries effective at the end of the Annual General Meeting.

Santana Minerals Limited is an Australia-based precious metal explorer, focusing on the Bendigo-Ophir Project in New Zealand. The Bendigo-Ophir Project covers approximately 251 square kilometers in the Central Otago goldfields, 90 kilometers (km) northwest of Oceana Goldâs Macraes gold mine. Its Cuitaboca silver+gold project comprises approximately 5,500 hectares (ha) of exploration tenements and is located on the Pacific side of the Sierra Madre. The Mojardina Prospect, situated in the south of the Cuitaboca Project. The Jesus Maria Prospect is situated in the south of the Cuitaboca Project and north of Mojardina. The La Lupita Prospect is situated in the north of the Cuitaboca Project. Its Cambodian Project comprises two exploration licenses targeting gold. The Phnom Kthung exploration license covers approximately 210.75 square kilometers and has three main prospects: Skar, Central, and Oh Tron. The Snoul exploration license covers about 198 square kilometers.
