Company Sauipe SA

Sauipe SA is a Brazil-based company engaged in the tourism sector. The Company is primarily involved in the development and management of tourist resorts, hotels and inns, in Brazil or abroad, covering all complementary activities directly or indirectly related to this activity, such as operation of laundries, transportation management, marketing of food and beverages, promotional events, organization of trade fairs and conferences, promotion of sports activities and provision of consulting services in the hotel and tourism sector, among others. The Company manages the tourist complex Costa do Sauipe, located in the municipality Mata de Sao Joao, in the Brazilian state of Bahia. As of December 31, 2011, the tourist complex Costa do Sauipe consisted of five hotels with 1,417 rooms and 5 inns with 147 rooms. As of August 20, 2012, the Company was wholly owned by Caixa de Previdencia dos Funcionarios do Banco do Brasil.
