LSREF 3 Laser (Pinnacle) Limited and Moorfield, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has let 31 Bond Street in Leeds to Nourish Restaurants Ltd.

The healthy fast food specialist, which has been developed by a nutritionist, personal trainer and chef, has agreed a new 10-year lease for the 2,536 sq ft (236 sq m) property and will pay a rent of £100,000 per annum. It will be the second restaurant for the Nourish brand, with the first opening in Sheffield in 2013.

Bond Street is located close to Trinity Leeds and links the city centre's office and retail quarters. It has a weekly footfall of more than 25,000, with nearby occupiers including Boots, Pret a Manger and Tesco.

Steve Henderson, retail director at Savills, comments: "Nourish has been very successful in Sheffield and will add a new dimension to Bond Street's food offer. We are pleased to have secured this letting on behalf of our client."

Savills acted jointly with Barker Proudlove. Nourish was unrepresented.
