Savills : Millennium Bank stays in Millennium Park

Bank Millennium decided to extend the lease agreement of 18 900 sq m of office space and will remain in headquarters at Millennium Park in Warsaw, in the direct neighbourhood of Pole Mokotowskie park. It has been the largest lease transaction in the office sector in Poland so far. Commerz Real the owner of the building, was represented by Landlord Representation team of real estate advisor Savills, whereas Cushman & Wakefield represented Bank Millennium in the transaction.

'Unique location of the building is its biggest differentiator. There is no other office buildings in the neighbourhood. Millennium Park is a modern, high-quality office complex. It is situated at Stanisława Żaryna street in Warsaw, close to the southern edge of the central business district (CBD). In the direct neighbourhood of the building there is Pole Mokotowskie, one of the largest green areas near city center. Property and Asset Management Department at Savills is a property manager of the building, which introduced service charge optimisation program. Savills conducted also a certification process, thanks to which Millennium Park received BREEAM In-Use certificate at 'Very good' grade.
