EPISTAR Corporation signed a contract to acquire Plant of Savior Lifetec Corporation in Zhunan Science Park from Savior Lifetec Corporation for TWD 610 million.

EPISTAR Corporation signed a contract to acquire Plant of Savior Lifetec Corporation in Zhunan Science Park from Savior Lifetec Corporation (TPEX:4167) for TWD 610 million on March 3, 2022. The transfer rights would be executed after Hsinchu Science Park Bureau(HSPB) grants approval. The board of directors passed resolution on February 23, 2022.
