Sber's corporate customers can now enjoy video-enabled consultations on the key corporate services, foreign trade matters, and can also apply for banking products through video calls without going to the bank. To use this service, simply choose the Via Videoconference option in the Small Businesses and Sole Proprietors section on the Sberbank website on your desktop or laptop.

Video calls are a new mode of communication with the bank allowing clients to handle their issues faster, subscribe to new services and leave reviews, while Sber employees can identify problems and solutions rapidly and show presentations. Sber's customer service centers in Tolyatti (product consultations) and Tula (foreign trade) are out there to help entrepreneurs anytime.

The upsides of video-enabled consultations:

  • no apps you need to install
  • bank experts that can be brought in optionally
  • operators can display content to clients
  • integrated into telephony and workplace of contact center operators
  • available through different browsers[1].

Our mission is to make online consultations as convenient as they can be. Many clients find it more customary and easier to interact with the bank through video calls because that's the way they chat with their relatives and close ones. From our experience, we do know that it is simpler to resolve issues when there's eye contact, and, oftentimes, seeing is worth a thousand words. Sber's tech and competencies have enabled us to launch this kind of service, and the very first reviews left by business people prove it's truly relevant.
