Sberbank of Russia : Sber and Merlion announce strategic partners

Sberbank and Merlion, a major broadline distributor and a leader in the Russian IT market, have announced a strategic partnership.

Merlion owns Positronica and Citilink retailers, IT Clinic computer service centers, PC brand iRU, and other assets. Merlion's capabilities will be integrated into the e-commerce vertical Sber is currently creating.

The new partnership should strengthen the position of Sber's e-commerce, create of a raft of new opportunities for B2B and B2C customers, and offer integrated seamless customer experience through Sber ecosystem's financial and technology solutions. Merlion will also be using its channels proactively to distribute Sber ecosystem products.
