Notice Regarding the Disclosure Schedule for the Consolidated Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2022
SBI Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that it has decided to disclose, on the following schedule, its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022 (IFRS).

Scheduled disclosure date for the Consolidated Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2022 (IFRS)

2． The Reason for disclosure on the aforementioned schedule
The Company had made Shinsei Bank, Limited (hereinafter "Shinsei Bank") a consolidated subsidiary on December 17, 2021. Due to the consolidation of Shinsei Bank, the consolidated balance sheet as of the end of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, and the consolidated statements of income for the period from January to March 2022 of Shinsei Bank (Shinsei Bank's consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, to be disclosed on May 13, 2022), which are based on Japanese GAAP, must be made to comply with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adopted by the Company. The Company must accordingly prepare its consolidated financial statements by integrating the two companies' financial statements, which is a task that is expected to take considerable time. Therefore, the Company has decided to set May 27, 2022, as the scheduled disclosure date for the financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022.
