In accordance with the Board of Directors' Meeting of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited ("the Company") No. 6/2565, held on 10 August 2022, at the meeting room 2, 9th floor, Shinawatra Tower III, No.1010 Viphavadi Rangsit Road, Chatuchak Sub-district, Chatuchak District, Bangkok, the Meeting has resolved as follows:
Approved to pay interim dividend to shareholders. The net profit of the Company's Separate Financial Statement for the first half of the year 2022 is Baht 969,323,214 as of June 30, 2022 (January 1, 2022- June 30, 2022). The interim dividend will be paid at the rate of 0.08 per share or equivalent to 34.74% of the net operating profit amount to Baht 337,546,421.12 approximately. The dividend will be paid subject to corporate income tax at rate 20 percent and withholding tax of 10 percent for natural persons. Shareholders who are natural persons shall be entitled to dividend tax credit at the rate of 20/80 times of dividend received. In this regard, the interim dividend payment shall be payable to shareholders entitled to receive the dividend who are listed on the record date on August 25, 2022. The Company determined to pay such dividend payment on September 7, 2022
Approved to incorporate 2 new subsidiaries which the expected date of registration is within the 3rd quarter of 2022, the detail of which are as follows:
2.1 SCX ONE COMPANY LIMITED

100,000,000 Baht (One Hundred Million Baht),
divided into 10,000,000 ordinary shares with the
par value of 10 Baht each.
Shareholding Ratio
SC Expedition Company Limited (SCX), the
Company's subsidiary, holds the shares in the
ratio 99.99 percent
Objectives
To conduct the business of real estate
development
