Schaeffler India Limited announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was INR 12,458.5 million compared to INR 4,528.8 million a year ago. Net income was INR 1,281.3 million compared to net loss of INR 424.7 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 41 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of INR 13.6 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was INR 25,845.5 million compared to INR 13,995.9 million a year ago. Net income was INR 2,676.7 million compared to INR 358.8 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 85.6 compared to INR 11.5 a year ago.

The Industrial segment offers a portfolio of bearing solutions, ranging from high-speed and high-precision bearings with small diameters, to large-size bearings, several meters wide. The Exports & Others segment includes exports to group companies and scrap sales.
