Sciuker Frames S.p.A. (BIT:SCK) agreed to acquire 80% stake in Eco Contract Srl for €1.2 million on July 3, 2020. Under the terms, Sciuker will pay €0.3 million at the time of signature and additional €0.9 million, which is conditional on the signing by Eco Contract of procurement contracts.

The Company uses Stratec, a patented technology obtained by the coupling and combination of four lamellar profiles.
