Pafos, Cyprus – 04 August 2023 – The Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) of Seabird Exploration Plc (the "Company") was held yesterday. All proposals on the agenda were adopted. The AGM elected one new director to the board, Mr. Sverre Strandenes. The board of directors now comprises of:

- Mr Ståle Rodahl (Chairman)
- Mr Øivind Dahl – Stamnes
- Mr Hans Christian Anderson
- Mr Odd Sondre Svalastog Helsing
- Mr Sverre Strandenes
