Seamec Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s. HAL OFFSHORE LIMITED, dated 26th December, 2023 for offering Charter Hire of Offshore Support Vessel "SEA DIAMOND" for deploying the same for ONGC Contract. The Charter rate is USD 8,750/per day for period of three years aggregating to USD 9.59 million exclusive of GST with option for extension.
