SEATech Ventures Corp. entered into an agreement to acquire Just Supply Chain Limited from Lee Wai Mun, Tai Kau, Tai Fah Chong, Wong Tien Erl, Lee Han Cien, Lee Wai Chun, Eik Chu Yew, Wong Po Leng and Tok Kai Weei for $17.46 million.

SEATech Ventures Corp. (OTCPK:SEAV) entered into an agreement to acquire Just Supply Chain Limited from Lee Wai Mun, Tai Kau, Tai Fah Chong, Wong Tien Erl, Lee Han Cien, Lee Wai Chun, Eik Chu Yew, Wong Po Leng and Tok Kai Weei for $17.46 million on July 12, 2023. Under the terms of agreement, SEATech Ventures will issue 21.83166 million restricted shares at $0.8 per share, the consideration was derived from an agreed valuation of $17.465328 million.

The sellers in the transaction are Lee Wai Mun, Tai Kau, Tai Fah Chong, Wong Tien Erl, Lee Han Cien, Lee Wai Chun, Eik Chu Yew, Wong Po Leng and Tok Khai Weei. Crowe Advisory Sdn Bhd acted as financial advisor to SEATech Ventures. As of August 14, 2023, acquisition is targeted to accomplish before end of September 30, 2023.
