General Announcement::Award of S$6.8 million security services contract

AWARD OF S$6.8 MILLION UNARMED GUARDS SERVICES CONTRACT BY

AN OIL AND GAS MULTINATIONAL COMPANY

The board of directors ("Directors" or "Board") of Secura Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that Soverus Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, had, on 2 July 2021, been awarded a sixty-one (61) months contract ("Contract") of approximately S$6.8 million by an oil and gas multinational company. The Contract is for the provision of unarmed guards services in Singapore. The Contract is effective from 1 August 2021 to 31 August 2026.

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but is not expected to have significant impact on, the earnings per share and net asset value per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.

As at the date of this announcement, including the Contract, the Group has an order book of approximately S$50.3 million for contracts from security guarding, of which approximately S$13.4 million is expected to be fulfilled by 31 December 2021 and the remainder by August 2026.

None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract, other than through their respective shareholdings in the Company.
