On December 7, 2012, the Board of Directors of Security National Financial Corp. appointed Gilbert A. Fuller to serve as a director of the company. Mr. Fuller will serve as a director until the next annual meeting of the stockholders and until a respective successor is duly elected and qualified.
From 1996 until his retirement in 2008, Mr. Fuller served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of USANA Health Sciences Inc.
