The changes are subject to final approval at the company's annual general meeting and board meeting scheduled to be held on June 27, 2018. The company announced appointments of Yasunori Ogawa as Director, executive officer (currently executive officer; chief operating officer, Visual Products Operations Division); Taro Shigemoto as Director, full-time Audit & Supervisory Committee member (currently special audit & supervisory officer) and retirement of Noriyuki Hama as Currently director, full-time Audit & Supervisory Committee member due to expiry of term. The company also announced retirement of Tadaaki Hagata as Currently managing executive officer; president, Epson Precision (Philippines) Inc. due to expiry of term; and Yasunori Ogawa as executive officer; chief operating officer, Visual Products Operations Division due to expiry of term. The company announced appointments Kazunori Kumakura as Executive officer (currently general administrative manager, IT Division); Yoshifumi Yoshida as Executive officer (currently chief operating officer, Robotics Solutions Operations Division); and retirement of Taro Shigemoto, Currently special audit & supervisory officer; general administrative manager, Audit & Supervisory Committee officer due to expiry of term. The company appointed Akihiko Toeda as Special audit & supervisory officer (currently general administrative manager, Compliance office and deputy general administrative manager, Management Control Division).
