Sella Capital Real Estate Ltd. (TASE:SLARL) signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire an income-producing property in Ramat-Gan for approximately ILS 280 million in May 2017. The engagement in the transaction is subject to, among other things, signature of a detailed agreement and approval of the competent organs of the parties.
