The Board of Directors at its meeting held today, August 2, 2022, reviewed and approved the Corporation's unaudited consolidated financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2022. In accordance with SEC Notice issued on March 17, 2020, attached herewith is SEC Form 17-C for your immediate reference.
Other Relevant Information
MD&A is amended to correct percentage (%) changes on certain tables (e.g., capex). The said corrections were already reflected in the Quarterly Report (SEC Form 17-Q) for the period ended June 30, 2022 simultaneously filed today, August 3, 2022.

Semirara Mining and Power Corporation is a Philippines-based mining company, which is engaged in the exploration, extraction, and development of coal resources.
