Sentral REIT

Sentral REIT (SENTRAL) is a Malaysia-based commercial real estate investment trust (REIT). SENTRAL's investment objective is to acquire and invest in commercial properties primarily in Malaysia with a view to provide long-term growth and sustainable distribution of income to unitholders and to achieve long-term growth in the net asset value per unit of SENTRAL. SENTRAL owns nine buildings, comprising four in Cyberjaya, four in Kuala Lumpur, and one in Penang. SENTRAL's portfolio assets include Quill Building 1 - DHL1, Quill Building 4 - DHL2, Quill Building 2, Quill Building 3 - BMW, Wisma TechnipFMC Part of Plaza Mont' Kiara, Lotuss Building Penang, Platinum Sentral and Menara Shell. Sentral REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. is the manager of SENTRAL.
