Seouleaguer Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A043710) agreed to acquire 50% stake in Look Optics Co., Ltd. From Neoplux No.1 Private Equity Fund, managed by Neoplux Co., Ltd., for KRW 16.7 billion on June 20, 2019. Under the terms, Seouleaguer Co., Ltd. will acquire 0.26 million shares of Look Optics Co., Ltd. Seouleaguer made a down-payment of KRW 2 billion (“Deposit”) and the balance will be paid on completion. The Board of Directors of Seouleaguer Co., Ltd passed the resolution on June 20, 2019. The transaction is expected to be completed on June 25, 2019. Yekyo Jisung Accounting Corporation acted as external evaluator.
