Seria Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:2782) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 600,000 shares, representing 0.79% for ¥1,739.4 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥2,899 per share.
The shares will be repurchased as part of our flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of September 30, 2021, the company had 75,839,648 shares in issue and 352 shares in treasury.
Seria Co Ltd. is a Japan-based discount retailer of general merchandise that sells products at a single price of 100 yen. The Company is involved in the retail of consumer products through stores, as well as the wholesale of products to franchisees, big clients and overseas agents.
