Seria Co., Ltd. announced second quarter dividend of JPY 35.00, provided year end dividend forecast of JPY 35.00 and also provided annual dividend forecast of JPY 70.00 for the year ending March 2023. Dividend payable date (as planned) 2022-12-01.
