Alternative Liquidity Index LP, managed by Alternative Liquidity Capital made an offer to acquire a 18.8% stake in Seychelle Environmental Technologies, Inc. (OTCPK:SYEV) for $0.1 million on November 2, 2022. Alternative Liquidity Capital will acquire 5,000,000 shares of SYEV at a price of $0.02 per share in cash. Alternative Liquidity Capital anticipates funding all of the purchase price and related expenses through its existing capital and assets.
The Offer is subject only to customary conditions. Alternative Liquidity Capital extend the Expiration Date of the Offer from December 8, 2022, to January 10, 2022.
