SFI (MOEX: SFIN) released its consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2023 executed in accordance with international standards. The holding's net profit for the reporting period amounted to 10.9 billion rubles, as compared to 0.09 billion rubles during the same period of the previous year.

The holding's total operating and financial income in the first half of 2023 amounted to 18.3 billion rubles, as compared to 4.8 billion rubles in the previous year. The total leasing income reached 13.2 billion rubles, with 3.1 billion rubles attributed to the insurance segment. The holding's income also benefited from a positive revaluation of SFI's financial investments in the stock of publicly traded companies.

The holding's assets increased from 229.9 billion rubles to 265.9 billion rubles, showing a rise of 15.6% since the beginning of 2023. As of June 30, 2023, SFI's capital reached 73.3 billion rubles, showing an increase of 18.64% since the beginning of the year.

SFI's consolidated statements reflect the performance of its main operating companies: Europlan PJSC (where SFI is the sole shareholder), VSK IJSC (with financial results accounted for based on SFI's 49% stake), and Region Estate LLC, which manages the tech infrastructure of GFN.RU, a cloud gaming service (where SFI owns a 51% stake).
