SG Corporation (KOSE:A004060) acquired 10.9% stake in SG Choongbang Co.,Ltd (KOSE:A001380) from SG Koryo Co. Ltd. for approximately KRW 9 billion on November 21, 2019. SG Corporation acquired 4.8 million shares at a price of KRW 1,895 per share. After completion, SG Corporation holds 15.57 million shares and SG Koryo Co. Ltd. holds 6.5 million shares of SG Choongbang Co.,Ltd.
