Throughout Christmas, Carnaby was graced with an incredible installation of 600 sparkling neon butterflies which fluttered above the streets in partnership with charity partner Choose Love. The display highlighted butterflies' powerful metaphoric message of spiritual rebirth, transformation, change, hope and life.

Now the time has come for the Carnaby butterflies to fly the nest and they are looking for their next home.

The public can purchase a piece of iconic history and own one of the beautiful butterflies. Available to purchase on Thursday 10th and Friday 11th March at 3 Carnaby Street from 12pm-2pm. They are priced from £5. All proceeds will go straight to the Choose Love charity. Choose Love has raised millions to support refugees and created a movement of people putting love into action around the world. By purchasing a Carnaby butterfly you are donating crucial funds to help support this cause.

Simon Quayle, Executive Director at Shaftesbury says: "This is a great opportunity for visitors to take away a piece of Carnaby history in return for a donation to Choose Love. We are delighted to support Choose Love who are working hard to raise funds for humanitarian aid in the Ukraine and are helping to support refugees worldwide who need crucial life saving funds."

Philli Boyle, Director of Partnerships at Choose Love says "We are over the moon that the beautiful Carnaby butterflies are going to lovely new homes and it's even more special that everything shoppers spend on them will be donated to us! It's still winter time and the conditions in the places we are working are really tough. Choose Love has raised millions to support refugees and created a movement of people putting love into action around the world and are working to raise funds for humanitarian aid in the Ukraine. This support will be a huge help. Thank you so much to our Carnaby family for always choosing love!"
