Shanghai Baosight Software Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600845) agreed to acquire the remaining 30% stake in Shanghai Baoxi Computer Technology Co., Ltd. from Computer Engineering & Consulting, Ltd. (TSE:9692) for CNY 1.6 million on March 7, 2014. The transaction has been unanimously approved by Board of Directors of Shanghai Baosight Software Co., Ltd.
